I was unhappy with my dentist for almost 10 years and decided to try someone new in the neighborhood. I found the Dentists of Doral through my insurance company and decided to give them a chance. I was very warmly greeted by Liz (little did she know she was in for an adventure). I didn't have my insurance card, and she went on a trek to gather as much information as she could. After her 3rd phone call, she was able to track my benefits and hand me off to Dr. Millor. The entire time reassuring me that she would find a way and that I should not worry. Dr. Millor listened to all my worries and concerns. She introduced me to Yubrainys, who would take my X-rays and share some funny life stories while I waited. Then I met with Yaima, the hygienist, and we went over some of my other concerns. Dr. Millor came back in and went over what she thought would be a good starting plan that would address most, if not all, of my concerns. She gave me a few choices for each of my concerns, and once we settled on a plan, Liz came back in to discuss the financial aspects of the visits. She was very patient, explained the costs, and even found a few discounts. By the end of my visit, I had a full plan, finance options, an appointment, and the sense that I had found my new dental practice.
